Additional hours charged???? I set my timer. They were here 15 minutes and 10 seconds. We won’t be ripped off, and the military discount is a slap in the face after the false charge. Can’t believe we tipped the guys. You’ll make it right.

The lead mover contacted me personally early in the day to review the moving schedule and the items/contents needing moved. The team arrived on time and went right to work. I'm extremely picky about my property, and they took great care and demonstrated the attention I needed to see in properly moving and packing my items. We had at least one of these guys for a local move, and they were terrific -- efficient, careful, diligent, hard working, courteous, responsive. This second move was to pack a big truck for moving to another state. Again, the guys were fast, efficient, hard working, courteous. It would have been better if a more experienced lead was working with them for this type of packing to get the truck packed more effectively and carefully, getting it all done within 30 minutes of the projected 4 hour load time. Once the truck was unpacked, we found quite a bit of damage simply because they didn't use the padding provided, and packed table legs next to table tops, rather than turning the tables to be top to top without padding between. The upholstered furniture will need to be be cleaned due to dirty footprints and lack of using the plastic covers provided.

The two young men who came to pack up our belongings in a U-Pack truck worked well together steadily for 3 hours. The estimate had been for 2 hours, but we had to extend for an hour due to the number of boxes and occasional rain. We were limited to 17 linear feet in the UPack truck, and I was anxious about their ability to get everything tightly packed not to go over the footage, but they did it expertly! They never took a break and were polite and professional. My only minor complaint is they were scheduled to arrive at 8:30 a.m. but arrived at 9 am because they "forgot the rope and the dolly". I called the Excellent Movers office at 8:40 and they tracked them down and called me back. I would definitely hire them again and recommend them to others.
