Additional hours charged???? I set my timer. They were here 15 minutes and 10 seconds. We won’t be ripped off, and the military discount is a slap in the face after the false charge. Can’t believe we tipped the guys. You’ll make it right.

The lead mover contacted me personally early in the day to review the moving schedule and the items/contents needing moved. The team arrived on time and went right to work. I'm extremely picky about my property, and they took great care and demonstrated the attention I needed to see in properly moving and packing my items. We had at least one of these guys for a local move, and they were terrific -- efficient, careful, diligent, hard working, courteous, responsive. This second move was to pack a big truck for moving to another state. Again, the guys were fast, efficient, hard working, courteous. It would have been better if a more experienced lead was working with them for this type of packing to get the truck packed more effectively and carefully, getting it all done within 30 minutes of the projected 4 hour load time. Once the truck was unpacked, we found quite a bit of damage simply because they didn't use the padding provided, and packed table legs next to table tops, rather than turning the tables to be top to top without padding between. The upholstered furniture will need to be be cleaned due to dirty footprints and lack of using the plastic covers provided.
