I wish I could review each of the 2 guys separately, one of them did as much as he could and was very nice the whole time. The other guy brought down the team with his poor attitude from the minute they arrived to the minute they left - early at that. I booked 4 hrs and by 3 hrs and 40 min he had his paperwork and was ready to go and were pulling away by 3hr 50 min. I had asked them to get the big stuff first, because it is the stuff that I absolutely cannot do myself, he insisted on getting the boxes from the garage and then after 2 hrs said they were running out of time and he didn't know if they could finish, yet they were only half way done and already planning on leaving? They totally could have if he didn't waste so much time complaining. At the same time he said he needed big items as a base for boxes, so i'm confused as to why they didn't get the rest of the big items and left them behind. The truck also had huge holes through the middle and blocked them with other things - very poor utilization of space for somebody who had been in the business for "40 years"
He removed the ramp from the truck and I could not lift it back up, so when I went to finish loading the truck myself I ended up falling out. I also had oil spots left ALL OVER my house that I had to spend hours cleaning up that night which set me back a lot of sleep and things that could have gotten done. I had flown back into town for a short amount of time and thought hiring people to help would take some stress off but I think it made it worse and I had to leave things behind because I couldn't lift them in by myself. Very disappointed in the service I received from CMAC, Hire-a-helper was on top of it as soon as I called with the issues.

Chris and his team were phenomenal. Right on time at the beginning of the allotted window, fast yet thorough in getting everything we needed into our PODS, and really personable. We had been worried about fitting everything we needed into our two PODS but Chris and his team got everything into only a POD and a half with plenty of room to spare. We highly recommend them!

I spoje to tbe manager and confirmed details, only 1 helper showed up the orher one got lost. Tbe one that showed up wanted to load the truck his way and disagreed with me, the person that hired him. I would NOT use them again.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Upon booking one of our crews, you can expect an introductory phone call to discuss your move and provide you with a contact for your move. During this call we will try to provide useful tips to help make your move more efficient and effective for all parties.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
On moving day you will receive a phone call from our crew lead 30 minutes before arrival. During this call they will introduce themselves and provide an estimate time of arrival. Once the crew arrives and personal introductions have been made, the crew will do a walk through with the homeowner so that they can get a better understanding of your needs. After the walk through, the crew will set up the protective equipment (door jam protector/Rug Runner) and begin the process of your move.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
First you want to make sure you are prepared and know exactly what/where you would like moved (especially for loads). Having all items that can fit into a box packed into a box will save tremendous amounts of time and money for your move. Also suggest having all the proper materials available, i.e. Shrink Wrap/Tape. Labeling boxes and knowing where you want furniture placed are also great tips to save time

We service the state of Nevada focused on the Las Vegas/Henderson/Summerlin areas. We can provide labor services for both residential/apartment and business/commercial moves.

We take all crew members through an extensive training process that not only measures their experience with proper handling of furniture but also provides them with an understand of the level of professionalism and work ethic that we expect from all crew members.
