The guys were wonderful! They were amazing at packing our POD and loading a truck for us to donate belongings to Good Will. Hurt and Quan were masterful at getting stuff arranged in the POD and we fit much more than expected. They were life savers for us and this move. Thank you so much for your help. The two movers were prompt, courteous, careful and efficient. They did a good job packing the 16" PODS container. I would give them 4-1/2 stars instead of 5 stars due to one glitch: one of the movers used a guest bathroom in my house without first asking for my permission and I had to re-clean the bathroom after he used it.

Did not handle my items with care. Put computer monitor boxes at the bottom of a pile of other boxes. They sold we a wench to secure all of the boxes in my storage pod; they didn't secure it and all of the boxes fell over. I specifically asked for certain boxes at the front of the storage pod so I didn't have to unpack the entire thing when I wanted to access my things. They did the opposite. Made everything more difficult. Only packed the pod storage unit 3/4 of the way and told me there was no room for other items. I had to give away a ton of things because they told me there was no room. Terrible customer service. Smoked right in front of my house and got smoke on all of my things. Were in such a hurry to get out of there they basically just stacked everything without looking to see if certain items were fragile. I could have done a better job by myself. Absolutely dissatisfied.

We explained multiple times that we needed the large stuff in the truck and the boxes can just be set aside. Yes it is a small condo and some of them had to be moved, but they kept moving ones that were not in the way and not just leaving by the Pod. They also piled so much stuff on my table it is broken. They didn't offer to stay longer and still left a large mattress inside for us to move ourselves. We had to move stuff out of the Pod and reorganize it. They kept stopping to talk to me while I'm packing and they should be working. The one would watch the other arrange stuff in the Pod instead of coming back inside to take more stuff out. They only had one dolly.

Arrived on time, but left before the job was done. Told us many items would not fit and could not be taken. Left a lot of wasted space in second container. I had to donate many of our belongings to Goodwill.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Upon booking one of our crews, you can expect an introductory phone call to discuss your move and provide you with a contact for your move. During this call we will try to provide useful tips to help make your move more efficient and effective for all parties.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
On moving day you will receive a phone call from our crew lead 30 minutes before arrival. During this call they will introduce themselves and provide an estimate time of arrival. Once the crew arrives and personal introductions have been made, the crew will do a walk through with the homeowner so that they can get a better understanding of your needs. After the walk through, the crew will set up the protective equipment (door jam protector/Rug Runner) and begin the process of your move.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
First you want to make sure you are prepared and know exactly what/where you would like moved (especially for loads). Having all items that can fit into a box packed into a box will save tremendous amounts of time and money for your move. Also suggest having all the proper materials available, i.e. Shrink Wrap/Tape. Labeling boxes and knowing where you want furniture placed are also great tips to save time

We service the state of Nevada focused on the Las Vegas/Henderson/Summerlin areas. We can provide labor services for both residential/apartment and business/commercial moves.

We take all crew members through an extensive training process that not only measures their experience with proper handling of furniture but also provides them with an understand of the level of professionalism and work ethic that we expect from all crew members.
