All 4 guys were courteous and worked hard and efficiently. The only problem was , after they left I discovered that they had dropped my file cabinet, which broke the feet off of it, and then they proceeded to slid it around on my brand new flooring and gouged it all up in my office. I am sure that they knew but covered it up for me to find on Monday. Not happy.

I hired these men three times to unload three Pods. They were consistently fantastic. They went out of their way to make sure that the various items were placed where I wanted them. What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Upon booking one of our crews, you can expect an introductory phone call to discuss your move and provide you with a contact for your move. During this call we will try to provide useful tips to help make your move more efficient and effective for all parties.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
On moving day you will receive a phone call from our crew lead 30 minutes before arrival. During this call they will introduce themselves and provide an estimate time of arrival. Once the crew arrives and personal introductions have been made, the crew will do a walk through with the homeowner so that they can get a better understanding of your needs. After the walk through, the crew will set up the protective equipment (door jam protector/Rug Runner) and begin the process of your move.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
First you want to make sure you are prepared and know exactly what/where you would like moved (especially for loads). Having all items that can fit into a box packed into a box will save tremendous amounts of time and money for your move. Also suggest having all the proper materials available, i.e. Shrink Wrap/Tape. Labeling boxes and knowing where you want furniture placed are also great tips to save time

We service the state of Nevada focused on the Las Vegas/Henderson/Summerlin areas. We can provide labor services for both residential/apartment and business/commercial moves.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
The best part of being a mover is the satisfaction received from providing a great customer service for customers during one of the most stressful days in their lives. Exceeding the expectations of our customers is what we strive for everyday

We take all crew members through an extensive training process that not only measures their experience with proper handling of furniture but also provides them with an understand of the level of professionalism and work ethic that we expect from all crew members.
