The movers were fantastic. They showed up on time and were very professional and pleasant. They worked very hard, especially trying to get one couch through a bedroom door. Others may have given up but they didn't lose hope and were finally successful. They packed my furniture and boxes in an extra large pod. It was because of their expertise that all of my belongings fit inside the pod. Please use this company! They did a great job!

Michael and James were amazing helping us move into our apartment. Even though we ended up moving later in the evening they were still there to get everything done super quickly. Even carried a massive couch up the stairs when it wouldn’t fit in the elevator. Fantastic guys - highly recommend. They will make your life so much easier.

What a great experience having Mike and James from Infinity Movers help us to move in! They arrived on time, and got right to work after getting an overview of the house so they could plan how to bring things in. They worked really well as a team. Both Mike and James were respectful and friendly. While placing some items, Mike gave great advice on potential damage to the floors if a particular piece had staples or screws on the bottom, so we'll be heading to the hardware store to get some felt pads for most of our pieces. What really struck my husband was how upbeat they both were, probably because he knows how grumpy he'd be if he had to move all our stuff into our new house. We had 2 POD containers and Mike and James emptied them quickly, re-moved some furniture that I had told them the wrong room, and put together our bed in only 2 hours. I wholeheartedly recommend them, and if we need anything else moved in the future, will definitely call Infinity Movers.

It can be very hard to know if who you hired will do a great job and these 3 men were / are a Blessing!!! They know their stuff and kept moving until job was done. Our communication was tops. Infinity Movers are the best. Far exceeded our expectations. Michael Dolan and his crew arrived on time, were very efficient and helpful. They obviously have had a lot of experience and are well trained. At one point during the day we were concerned we would not be able to get everything into the 3 Pods and would need to rent a storage unit. They managed to fit everything in and finished on time. They were truly amazing.

How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Pack as much as you can into boxes. This will provide greater protection for your belongings and will make loading your truck/trailer/pod much easier. Unusually shaped items take up more space and make loading more difficult. Packing and padding your items are keys to having a successful move. Don't skimp on packing supplies. They are far cheaper than broken or damaged belongings. Start packing several weeks before your move date, taking it one room at a time. Begin with things you use less frequently.
