Never believe when on phone customer service says they are experienced mover. Laborers who came were putting things without even thinking that heavy goes down. Verbally escalation when explained to arrange properly, I would give 00000
The customer also tipped our team and confirmed they were satisfied before we left. The only issue was that a two boxes could not fit in the pod . which we explained clearly at the time. We always prioritize safety and honesty rather than overloading or risking damage.
