Discounting the initial one hour stop to pick up appliances, it took the movers seven (7) hours to load and unload a 16 foot moving truck. I have damage to my walls, due to moving appliances down the stairs. I have damage and dirt to my furniture, from laying my mattress face down on an unprotected ramp, sliding bookcases on the unprotected floor of the moving truck. Of the two movers, one was very new to the job (first day?) and the lead mover probably took 20 phone calls during the first three hours of loading half the moving truck. They also loaded items in the front of the truck that I explicitly told the movers I would move separately. One of the movers became ill, and replacing that person aded a three hour delay to the move. I can't recommend these movers, and I would not use them in the future.

Xtreme Movers were amazing. They showed up on time, brought hand carts and furniture dollies along with appliance straps. They worked efficiently and completed the move in the time quoted. We moved out a storage room into a house and couldn't have done it without them. ??
