Several hours late. Did not call to reschedule for later in the day. Did not respond to my calls inquiring whether they were still coming or cancelling. Hired for two hours, but they sulked at the work and worked thirty minutes and wanted to leave with full pay. Am not hiring again. Do not recommend.

The two guys were super nice but they came with nothing. No dolly. No tools. They weren’t the most careful. A few things got tossed around. They were over one hour late. They worked for the time we paid for but not everything got moved because they were unprepared. Would not hire again.

They are nice but unaware of how unprofessional and borederline incompetent they are as professional movers. Arrival was set for between 10 a.m. -11 a.m. but at 10:30 I received a phone call that they would arrive at 11:30 due to rain. A bit later I received another call that they had to go back (where?) because they forgot the inovice. Then yet another phone call saying they were delayed at the toll station because they did not have a credit card to pay. Finally, the guys arrived at 12:30. While loading the truck the lead man frequently used his cell phone for voice and text. They left scratches on a wood floor after dragging a desk. Their moving dolly had the store tag still afixed, leaving me wondering if they were planning to return it after using it, After the work was done they asked me to sign the invoice (not what I've done with other hire-a-helper jobs) but then I noticed the invoice was for another address, name, and price...not my job. So I just, under the lead man's request and monitoring, approved payment via the hire-a-helper website. The one positive is that despite all this nonsense they did load the truck efficienbtly so that space was well used. It is not yet unpacked so I don't know if the fragile items are okay (I asked they the load those with care). Likeable guys but I would never hire them again.

My favorite part is making the customers happy and meeting new people everyday
What training do you provide your crew members?
I provide training in hand so new members come to job sites with me and my crew and assist and learn things they don’t know already because I require all my movers to have at least 2 years of experience
