The helpers from First Class were respectful of my furnishings and efficiently unloaded the Pod and moved everything safely into my 15th floor apartment.

The First Class Moving Services guys arrived 10 minutes early, ready to work. I needed their help loading a 7x7 PODS container for cross-country travel, with everything balanced and anchored properly. They carefully wrapped all of my furniture in the moving blankets I provided (hint: you will need more than you think) before loading each piece into the POD. As soon as everything was loaded, they anchored it all with rope using the internal tie-downs. They worked hard, finished with time to spare, and were quite respectful of my belongings and the house they were removed from. I would use First Class Moving Services without hesitation and without any reservations,. Great Job!!

They also gave us some helpful tips on packing our storage unit. I would definitely recommend them again and plan on using them to move into our new place

The crew will introduce themselves to the customer and answer any questions they may have. Preform a walk-through of the home or apt. so the customer can confirm what is to be loaded. If we are unloading ask the layout of each room for placement of furniture.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Seal all boxes and label contents on the side of the box. Remove all breakable items, jewelry and high value items from furniture.
