They flooded my basement by turning on the main line water to the sprinklers in winter. Extra time was used to teach inexperienced movers hookups, tools to use, and where to put the marked boxes.
They scratched my laminate flooring. They put boxes and furniture in the wrong rooms after being given instructions where to place them -which added to additional time that I was charged.
I was promised they would repair the damage to my basement if I didn’t file a claim. I believed them and they did not follow through. I was left with the repairs.
I have filed a claim and have not heard from Hire a Helper to address the claim and insurance.
