I wish I had paid the extra for professionals. While brining a dresser inside the house, they not only damaged walls and molding, but also a very expensive dresser is now dented and chipped. They told me that a hand truck couldn't be used to move that particular dresser, even though I've seen it done several times. They brought no moving blankets and wanted to use my personal household blankets to move furniture across the flooring. One guy showed up on time, one did not. They were nice guys but did not listen to any input that I had and were careless with my belongings.
Apparently customer became impatient as my manager sized up the situation, insisted 3 times on doing it a certain way, and even goot directly involved in trying to push it in.
Ultimately it was resolved in a different way.
This is the 1st non perfect rating we've received on Hire Helper in 75 reviews, so I hope it's taken in the context of an impatient customer getting involved in an inappropriate way
