Scheduling office was excellent at Cape Fear Provisioners. It was especially difficult because we had unusually bad weather and had to keep rescheduling. They did an awesome job of handling that! The workers were on time for the most part. One of the men was delayed about because of traffic. They still completed the job in a timely manner.
There was no lateness whatsoever.

Arrived on time and ready to get the job done. Polite and responsive kept me informed along the way with regards to time and space remaining.. hired three people for three hours to 16 foot containers ended up needing an extra hour but they got the job done efficient. I would recommend and hire again!

I could not asked for a better experience! From the first phone call to arrange for services, to the closing of the Packrat Pod doors at completion was fabulous. The gentlemen who came to do the work had over 15 years of experience between them. I am looking forward to working with them in 3 months when the project is complete and the items can be returned to the home.
I give them an 11 out of 10!!!

Two men arrived, one that was much older than the other. Were able to get everything moved out of our 16 ft Pod in less than two hrs. I was shocked. Maybe you should pay your employees better since it looked like one of them had shoes that were falling apart.
I changed my answer from 4-5 since they were very attentive. Showed us things that the previously loading movers had damaged and helped us fix them. Would recommend these two!
Company never answered when I called and never called me back after leaving a message.
