We called on a rough day, it took a little longer than it should have plus there were a couple of other bumps in the road but nothing was broken. Ultimately they worked with us to make us happy so we are satisfied.

They worked hard but were inexperienced. I had a scratched hardwood floor, a broken mirror. Then they told me that they were charging me an extra $200+ because the safe I had was over 400 pounds. I sent them a picture where I put it on my bathroom scale and it read 224 so they dropped the charge. I would not recommend them.

We provide training on safe lifting techniques along with safe loading and unloading. We also provide training on proper packing techniques and how to properly secure furniture after loading is complete
