There was not great communication, and although the guys were nice, they were not happy about having to go up stairs.

Great communication from the company, before and after the job. Our movers showed up on time, unloaded the storage unit quickly (into a truck that was too small but they made it work), and unloaded the items into a house. Most of the items went upstairs and they worked hard to get a large, heavy king bedroom suite up there. Very pleasant guys and hard workers.

Came without necessary tools (I told owner the pieces that were to be disassembled and he assured me they would know what to do), moved very slowly. Lots of down time while they tried to figure out how to disassemble, unplug, move, etc). One worker was on his phone texting quite frequently. My dad had to:
-Show them how to disconnect the water line for the fridge
-Disassemble the bed
-Tell them how to move the piano
In two hours they moved the fridge, the piano, the bed, and one tv.

WHAT EVER YOU DO! DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE! THEY ARE THE WORST. They are not professionals at all. They show up with no tools at what worst was that they put two holes in my walls while my moving furniture out of the house. The did refund my money however I had to find a repairman on my own to fill the gaping holes they left behind. They owner said that he would cover the cost and never followed through with his word. They are not to be trusted to handle your furniture

Highly Recommend. Timothy W. & Dalton G. were exceptional. Very competent, respectful and professional. I was impressed at how quickly they moved everything (including a cast iron stove) upstairs from the basement. I am so glad my dad talked me into hiring them. I am extremely happy with the work these 2 guys did and will definitely be hiring them again to help me move, once I find a house.

We provide training on safe lifting techniques along with safe loading and unloading. We also provide training on proper packing techniques and how to properly secure furniture after loading is complete
