I can not speak highly enough of the 2 man team. They were on time ,extremely polite,strong and energetic. A thunderstorm even rolled in during our move and they made sure all furniture was in lobby before it hit so nothing got wet.They were also extremely courteous of new neighbors sharing the 2 flights of stairs. Am extremely satisfied would recommend.

Absolutely the worst moving crew I have ever had. They sent two high school kids who barely had the strength or endurance to lift my furniture. They broke a bookcase, dropped my dresser, and dragged my couch on the concrete path. Not to mention all the damage they did to my hallways and walls! I booked them for three hours but their schedule only reflected two and so they tried to leave early before my furniture was moved. They had no idea how to pack a truck. I don't blame the kids themselves, they are just working to make some money. I blame the company for sending them with no supervisor and no training on how to move furniture or load the truck. When I called the service number the man on the phone couldn't have cared less about the problem.

Great communication leading up to the move and then fantastic movers on day of Logen and James were there on time and worked quickly, finishing our move in only an hour! They were pleasant and careful the entire move. Highly recommend.
