The two helpers that came to my house were very professional, worked very hard, and arrived on time. The management was somewhat disorganized and got the wrong date for the move even though it was done through hireahelper.com. Overall I would use this company again. I would confirm and reconfirm and reconfirm the correct dates with the owner/manager though.
Sam & Joshua arrived a few minutes before their scheduled time and got right to work on moving items out of our pod and into our new home. They had a difficult task right at the beginning, taking a tightly packed couch out of the front of the pod, with little room for error, but were able to get it moved out. They did a good job and would recommend.
Shiloh and Pedro were so awesome! They did a fantastic job. I am extremely thankful for the help they provided moving items from my POD and putting things back together and installing all the appliances in my new house. I couldn't have asked for a better team! I will definitely use them again and will tell friends about them if they need these type of services.
At first we were not happy since they stated the helpers would be there at 1:30 but did not arrive until 3:30. The 2 young men did a wonderful job once they arrived. They got the job done in an hour. It was a great job. We had paid the minimum of the 2 hours which was fine but not sure why we had to pay an extra hour, if they got the job done in an hour?
Chance and Cody (?) were great. They arrived on time, worked hard, and finished quickly—within 90 minutes. My job may have been easier than most (already packed and in a storage unit), but they did a superb job and loaded everything carefully onto the truck. Nothing broke and nothing shifted during the 1000 miles of transit. Great job and thanks again!
Joel and Smellvin did a great job. When I tell you they are the absolute best movers I’ve ever had please believe me. I would recommend them for anyone needing movers. They had such a pleasant attitude and very professional at moving and handle your items with care.
The two guys sent were amazing! They had great communication, were courteous, and got the job done quickly in 112 degree heat! Very impressed and will definitely use them for our next move.
