When we arrived many of our boxes were crushed, totes were damaged due to poor stacking. We had extra furniture pads that were not utilized and furniture was left uncovered. Several pieces sustained scratches and damage. Many items fell and shifted. It was as of half way through packing the truck they decided to just haphazardly put things in however they felt. I wad extremely disappointed especially considering the cost of their service. I would not recommend.
