They got here at 10:21am and lefted at 11:45am their service was ok but the older gentleman was having a hard time with doing the job. He was breathing heavy and sweating and made comments about the boxes and what was in them? Just kinda unnecessary. They did scratch antique dresser and didn’t really seem to be too concerned about it. The younger man was very pleasant and carry the heavier items for the older gentleman and kept asking him if he was ok? We probably won’t use this company again because the cost for two hours was quite expensive compared to the cost for three hours in Indiana for two guys to move our daughter out here of her apartment.

Bell Boys Moving was responsive, communicated well and rolled with the punches. Beryl helped problem solve when our trailer had to temporarily park up the street and the service elevator was only partially available for our move. They respected my stuff, made sure to take care of more fragile items, worked hard to get the job done within the time allotted. Bottom line is I would call them again for my next move!

They were almost an hour late, didn’t answer their phones or communicate with me until I reached out to the booking company and they were grabbing things from the house in such a rush when they got there that we didn’t have time to tell them what stayed and what went. So a bunch of stuff ended up in our pod that shouldn’t have. And then they left before our 2 hours was up even though there was still work to be done. That being said, they did move all of the big stuff that needed to be moved, quickly and were very efficient pod packers. I’d use them again in a pinch but only if everyone else was booked.

Beryl, Dave and Troy worked non stop. They were respectful and careful of all our belongings and our new home. We’ve used Beryl and his team when moving out of our previous home and we’d use them again. We would recommend the Bell Boys.

Same Day Moves
We charge an extra 5% for same day requests.
Next Day Moves
We accept next day requests at our normal rates.
Refunding Unused Time
We do not refund for any unused time.
Extra Hours
We can always stay at least 1 hour over the prebooked time.
