The guys showed up one and a half hours late. The minimum service charge is for two hours, and I knew it would only take about 30 minutes at most to get my stuff moved in and noted this when making the reservation. But because they were late, they were rushing, which resulted in my desk being broken, and a few nicer hangers- which was totally avoidable if both movers would have moved the desk instead of just one -- and had taken the time to move my items carefully. Again- I paid 2 hours worth of help, for a 30 minute job, which resulted in my stuff being broken. I wouldn't use bell boys moving again.

Moving is stressful, but the guys from Bell Boys Moving took the stress out of packing up our PODS. I can't rave enough about them! Beryl is such a professional, he and his guys cared about our furniture and boxes as if they were precious artifacts from a museum. He was in great contact with us, very prepared for the job, went above and beyond as far as working hard and taking extra special care of our belongings. They were all very aware of keeping our floor and rugs clean as they came in and out of the house even when it rained for a little while. They knew just what to do to spend the time wisely and keep our boxes dry. I would ABSOLUTELY recommend and use them again!

Jeff, Eric & Troy were on time and worked hard for 3 solid hours. They even helped me seal boxes and took great care to protect glass table tops and mirrors. I would highly recommend them and the price was much more competitive than other places I called.

We charge an extra 5% for same day requests.

We accept next day requests at our normal rates.

We do not refund for any unused time.
