Quicker than anticipated, and great care was given to the items being moved... bulky and somewhat unwieldy though they were.
Moved 80 drywall boards to our basement, along with insulation & lumber for the remodel.

The unloaders did a good job and worked hard. Apparently, there were cancellations at the last minute and the workers arrived at different times; however, still within the window of arrival. Having booked this 6 weeks in advance, I would have thought the company would have had a better plan in place.

Nice enough guys, but they showed up over an hour late, blamed it on Traffic. One of the 2 was not motivated and required constant supervision. Because they were late, most of the work was done when they arrived and only used them for one of the 2 hours I paid for.

Three young men showed up on time. They drove up in a personal auto with no signage and were casually dressed with no company clothing. The three young men were very pleasant but had no or very little experience in moving and packing according to them. My wife had to stay in the house to coordinate items to be taken out to the POD. I tried to coordinate the packing in the POD. The Wingmen crew brought nothing with them to aid in moving. I provided strapping but none of them knew how to work the straps. General opinion was the young men who came were very pleasant but had no experience in moving or packing a POD. I am not confident that we will reach or destination and find our furniture and belongings in "poor" condition. I would definitely not recommend Wingmen to anyone looking for assistance in moving and packing a POD.
