They were awesome! Such a relief after having to deal with another shady moving company prior to reserving a POD. They worked fast, were kind and polite. Super helpful! They were great! There are so many moving companies out there taking advantage of people but PODS and Handy Hands Labor are legitimately honest and worth it to work with. Highly recommend!!

Excellent communication leading up to a very stressful, out-of-state move. They were available and accommodating. On the day of, they were timely, professional, and very efficient! Took care of our items when moving and also helped us move into a storage unit. I would definitely recommend!
The only caveat to the entire process - we had to choose in advance the hours and number of crew members needed to complete the job. We had booked 4 movers for 4 hours and they finished in fewer than 3 hours. Very efficient, but the payment wasn't adjusted at the end. Regardless, I would hire them over and over again!

Marshall (the owner) was super communicative and kept us up to date throughout the process. The movers he sent went above and beyond to get our containers loaded up. We had everything staged for them and they moved everything super quickly and safely. They arrived on time and were great guys who knew what they were doing. We’ll use Handy Hands again for sure!

If I could give 10 stars I would!! They were on time, professional, and loaded my stuff onto the trailer way more efficiently than I expected! They just saved me a ton of money! And Marshall, the main point of contact has extremely good customer service. I would absolutely use their services again. Thank you guys!!

Excellent and efficient. On time arrival. The movers treated my furniture better than I may have by covering each piece of furniture to protect it. They were amazing at moving several pieces from the 2 and floor including a large sofa, bed and free standing fireplace with skill. I highly recommend them to others.

They handled a difficult time for us splendidly. My husbands mother passed and we needed to have some boxes loaded into a POD unit. Granted, they have a minimum requirement of 2 hrs labor (as pretty much all moving companies do) and the work was fairly minimal (11 boxes), we were happy to pay and SO APPRECIATIVE of their professionalism. The thing that sticks out about this business is the communication. They treated us with kindness, dignity, professionalism, and punctuality. Natural “problem solvers” and efficient movers. Couldn’t ask for better. Thank you so much for making this much easier on us!
