Craig and Alex showed up on time, dug right in and got the job done for us. We had originally hired them for 2 hours, hoping that they could get one of our two storage containers empty, and they ended up staying an additional half hour to complete the emptying of both containers.
They were gentle with our belongings, hard working, respectful, and funny to work with! All in all, I highly recommend them, and would hire them again anytime I needed moving labor help.

This is our second time using Wicked Smooth Movers:
They arrived early, were prepared for the move and respectful of our property.
They loaded our UHaul truck from our storage unit holding all of the items from our home. Then unloaded the truck into our new home.
They put all the items in the rooms we requested handling everything as if it was theirs!
They work efficiently and never stopped.
If I move again I would absolutely use them and recommend Wicked Smooth Movers to everyone.

After using Wicked Smooth for a previous move, when they did a good job, we hired them again. This time, unfortunately, despite moving the same furniture in a more spacious truck, they broke a wooden chair, tore upholstery on a new chair and we're generally careless. So disappointing after the previous successful move. We will not use again or recommend.

Mover's response:

Sir, Well first the More room in a truck allows items to move around and you didn't have the required blanket to items count. Second, Unfortunately you had a long distance move out of New England. We didn't unload so who knows how the guys unloading handled your furniture. Third I have been trying to contact you to make everyone happy Sir.

I was told by my tenant that Craig and his crew showed up on time and they had all the necessary equipment to handle the job.
I was not present to watch them moving, but Craig and his two colleagues had to move all the property a good distance from the trailer to the house. I think they were very careful moving the more fragile furniture into the house. It did took them an extra two hours to finish the job; however, it could be due to the extra distance they had to travel between the trailer and the house.
I hope I never have to move again, but I would definitely recommend them to anyone who's looking for a mover.
