About a year ago, we used Prestige to unload our 18 foot POD and things went well. This time the loading of a 27 foot UPack trailer was a disaster. We were initially told they would show up around Noon. Apparently they had a mechanical issue with their truck and were 2 hours late. Since they arrived in a ride share vehicle, they did not bring their tools or hand cart dollies to load. They used my tools to disassemble the beds. Good thing I had not packed the tools yet. They decided to remove the furniture pads we had wrapped the dressers and nightstands up with to remove the empty drawers. They did not put the drawers back in the dressers or nightstands so they were "loose" in the trailer. This took up a lot of extra room in the trailer (UPack charges by the foot for space). What disturbed me most was that the Kendall Hargrove of Prestige said he knew 2 men would not be adequate to load a 27 foot trailer in 2 hours. Yet Kendall did not tell me that before hand nor did he advise Hire-A-Helper to address that issue. I paid an extra hour for labor and they still did not finish. I had to repack and secure many of the items in the trailer myself or they would have shifted in transit. I would not use Prestige again. One of the men that came had only been on the job for 2 days. He did not know how to dissemble a bed frame.

Kendall is beyond amazing! He took care of everything and packed the truck super tightsl and neat! He and his team took care of packing the truck with ease and professionalism. We had such an overwhelming feeling of anxiety upon moving day but Kendall came in an assured us that there is no need to be stressed and that he has this!
He did an outstanding job with the sheer amount of items we had. I would most definitely recommend giving this team a try you won’t regret it!
