They did a great job, and they went the extra mile to take care of this large job. I don't know how the pack every thing in the truck!!

I was very disappointed in this service. We had discussed the importance of punctuality due to the difficulty of parking a moving truck on a busy downtown street. I checked in with the team 15 minutes prior to scheduled arrival and they hadn't left from the neighboring county during rush hour traffic. I ended up unloading half of the van myself. When they finally arrived it seemed that they had never performed this type of work before. They scuffed up walls and baseboards and broke my favorite piece of furniture. They did give me cash to repair it, but overall I would never recommend their service.

Christine, i have been in the business for some time. I don't know what to say or do to make it better. I apologize again. You are a besutiful lady inside and out and i regret the lateness. Thats what caused most of it. I can't redo history but i wish i could.

By far the worst moving experience I have had. 10/10 would not recommend. Bunch of my stuff broke, movers didnt finish the truck and left me with a couch and all of my heavy boxes. I had to do 3 hours of unpacking myself even though the whole thing shouldve taken 2 hours. Awful.

This whole review is full of untruths, but let me break it down one by one. First of all my tools that i bring to set up beds or other furniture was stolen. The bag was in the moving van and then it wasnt. Additionally you has 3 movers for the price of 2. The apt was so far away from where the truck was parked and with the first set of stairs up then along walk then stairs down then a full flight of stairs up it was hard to use dollys because they were not able to be used on the stairs.. my movers didnt finish the job because the job went way over and you refused to pay for more time. So even after we stayed half hour over you asked me to have them help you with your couch, so i said ok and thats it, so they helped you move it. So how can you say that they we didnt move your couch? You had so much stuff that it hardley fit in your apt. And wen I told you 3 hours wasnt enough forthus job you let it slip that this had happened wen your stuff had been loaded also. Your full of it, snakey, and tell your story walkin

They all worked very hard and made sure that many of our boxes were moved up into storage over garage to free up space for us to put away tools. We really appreciated them using all the time wisely. Sunny kept the crew on task. She was very sweet.
