I’m conflicted with this company. The movers showed up right on time and were very nice, which is why I’m giving it 3 stars and not less, but I had two items get broken (a small two-drawer cabinet and a framed picture) and they also hit my wall in the stairwell - which scraped the paint off and made a huge gouge in the stucco that I ended up having to fix. I appreciate that they were on time and nice, just wish the items didn’t get broken and the gouge in my wall didn’t happen.

All good except they were supposed to bring ropes and only had light twine. I went out to buy supplies while they were packing.

Wilson and Avelio did a fantastic job unloading my pod into my new apartment! They were on time, prepared, accommodating, quick and efficient, pleasant and kind, and gentle with my belongings. This was my first time moving to a big city; I was nervous about logistics, but they made things go so smoothly. They placed each and every item with care based on where I told them I needed them. They even assembled my bed and helped me get a mattress cover off of my mattress that I needed to clean. I would recommend them to anyone!
