These guys were great! On time, prepared for the job, quick, took initiative, and everything moved well! They even had to disassemble our couch to get it out and did so very quickly. Said they’d be there between 8-9am. confirmed this twice and that it was the first job of the day. They were good workers when they arrived and we had most the unload done already. They ended up working 1 hr and 15 mins and still charged the 3 hour minimum. I understand how minimums work but when you’re over and hour late I expect an hour off charges.
