We booked 2 moveres and expected to have the team for 2 hours with an option to extend for 1 additional hour. The team arrived 30 minutes late after calling 10 minutes ahead of time to let me know. While on the phone, it felt as though they were trying to coax me into asking for a 3rd mover by saying that they were limited to 2 hours with a hard stop.
When they arrived it was 3 movers (likely the 3rd guy was already with them on a prior job and they just wanted more $$$). We ended up having to move most of our small stuff to help maintain the schedule. They could not move the large item we hired them for due to a space restriction in our new apartment.
All in all, the team was kind and efficient. I wish they used the furniture blankets we provided more, but so far I haven't seen any scratches on my items.
3/5 star, okay service but a bit pricey for what we got. In retrospect I probably should have found some guys on task rabbit

There was an hour range that they were going to arrive, and they arrived on the later end of that range (but still within the time frame!). But once they arrived they were so fast and professional. They did everything in way less time than I thought. Everything got there safely - all in all a great experience!

Absolutely amazing! I was absolutely convinced all of my stuff wasn’t going to fit into our POD, but the team pulled it off wonderfully and was so fast and efficient and got everything to fit! Highly recommend

We will call you the day of the move and keep in contact with you through out the day. We will swiftly and carefully move all your belongings. We will be polite, respectful, and honest.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
You should have everything already boxed. Unless you need help with disassembly, everything should be disassembled with all the matching pieces secured with the item. You should pick up your moving truck prior to your scheduled start time with us.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have done small and large houses in MA, RI, NH and ME We have moved offices, hospital equipment, and carried, set up and broke down equipment for several production companies including the Boston Red Sox.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
I enjoy working with the public and making the hard task of moving easier.
