These guys were amazing. They were careful, timely and efficient. Highly recommend!

The helpers arrived on time. They were respectful. They tried their best. However, they were very fast which was more about getting done before a two hour minimum, and not about doing a best job. They did not wrap the furniture with tape although offered and suggested. They did not fit all of the items in the uhaul. I had to repack the contents after they left. Because the repack delayed our departure for three hours, and I had to do it, I was annoyed at the results of their packing.
P.S.
Since I posted a 2 (which I dropped to a 1 after the bait and switch), I was contacted by the company to apologize for bad service and asked if I wanted to pursue one of three options. Option 1 was a $50 refund to my CC charge. Since this option did not require any more time, I thought it was a fair option. BEWARE! You are charged a $39 processing fee on the $50 refund. For $11 you relinquish any future claims for really bad service and complaints.

They did a wonderful job and were very efficient! My only complaint was that they were rough with a few pieces, but since everything was wrapped in blankets and shrink wrap, all was okay. Definitely recommend!

These Guys are great, curiously when they arrived they told me they were the same guys that helped me to unload when I moved in four years before and they did a great job, load is way more complicated and they did an awesome job to help us to pack and load as much as they could. unfortunately could not hire them for another extra hour cause they are highly demanded and had to leave for another customer but I think that is the deal when they work great and every body wants to leverage them.

The gentlemen were great! They were on time very cordial, very professional. They worked hard and got the job done right away. I’ve had movers in the past and they just took their time which brought me into having to pay a lot more money than originally expected. These guys came did their work and did an amazing job. I highly highly recommend them. So grateful that u haul suggested this because I’ve never even heard about it. I saved a lot of money.

We will call you the day of the move and keep in contact with you through out the day. We will swiftly and carefully move all your belongings. We will be polite, respectful, and honest.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
You should have everything already boxed. Unless you need help with disassembly, everything should be disassembled with all the matching pieces secured with the item. You should pick up your moving truck prior to your scheduled start time with us.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have done small and large houses in MA, RI, NH and ME We have moved offices, hospital equipment, and carried, set up and broke down equipment for several production companies including the Boston Red Sox.

Our crew members watch training videos, spend time with each of our crew members and get on the job training.
