Overall, my experience was mixed. The movers were scheduled to arrive between 11:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m., but they didn't arrive until around 1:00 p.m. Once they got started, they worked efficiently and actually finished earlier than expected, so I do give them credit for their work ethic.
However, I don't feel they were fully prepared for the job. They arrived without a dolly, which would have made moving furniture from my third-floor apartment much easier, and they didn't bring water for themselves. There was also some confusion when they accused me of not informing them that I lived on the third floor, even though I believe that information should have been confirmed beforehand.
Unfortunately, two of my belongings were scratched during the move, which was disappointing. While the crew worked hard and completed the job quickly, the late arrival, lack of preparation, and damage to my items left me less than satisfied. Because of those issues, I'm not sure I would use this company again.

Very positive experience. They accommodated me when PODS failed to communicate a delivery time and I had to postpone my original scheduled time with them. They didn’t charge for a same day change and their workers were polite, efficient and professional.

Movers came in a clutch. They worked hard and were organized. On the other hand the movers were really slow to what I’m used to and were talking until it came to almost 4 hours costing us a $175 for the 4th hour.

Very thankful for their help on short (less than 24 hr) notice. The folks I originally lined up flaked on me and failed me. WP&L did not. WP&L were on time and did the work. WP&L were all business and professional. I needed a couple hours help to load some larger items into a box truck. They did that plus the rest of the items to be moved. I’d recommend and use again if needed.
