I don't often leave reviews, but after my experience with this particular moving company, I thought I'd share. I've moved around a lot in the last few years for professional purposes, so I've hired many moving companies and most worked out the same way. This one was a little bit of a let down in a few regards. I took two stars because I felt two imperative points when conducting business were missed: communication and time. I was scheduled for a move between the hours of 2 and 3. As it crept closer to 3, nobody was still at the location and nobody had called to let me know their ETA which every other company has done before. I reached out to inquire where the movers might be, and was told 10 to 15 minutes and that they would be in contact. 10 to 15 minutes later, no movers and no phone call update so I called back, but got no answer. At this point it's 3:17. I receive a phone call back again and the manager, Dan, is surprised my movers still haven't reached out to call. He tells me they will be there any second since they told him 15 minutes about 20 minutes ago. I sit there waiting and at this point feeling slighted. The movers finally show up at around 3:50. The move was schedule for between 2 and 3. I have now been sitting at a storage unit for the past 2 hours waiting and wasting time. While the rest of the move went fine, that beginning left a bad taste in my mouth. I understand things can happen and cause people to be behind, but be up front and transparent. Communicate with your customers and movers about jobs and time.

Guys were courteous, polite and very efficient. Would highly recommend this company. We had a lot to move and they did it very quickly.

This “company” is by far the cheapest option I found out there so it might be the right choice for you if price is your most important requirement. However this is basically a couple of random guys that show up at your house. I used them twice to move some furniture off my main floor and back. Both times they were late. The first time they were an hour and a half late. Two guys showed up independently of one another over an hour apart with no signs of working for a moving company or having any equipment. The second time the two guys showed up 30 minutes late but at least together. Untimately they got the job done each time with no damage. So at the end of the experience I found myself thinking this is not a professional company and they likely won’t show up on time BUT they get the job done and are half the price of professional moving companies. So just know what you are getting into when you hire these guys. I would use them again for small moves if my timing was flexible.

They did a great job, they showed up on time, and worked quickly. The finished loading the truck in less than the four hours we had reserved them for. I will be using them again once the new house is ready!
