From the beginning Kevin and his crew met and exceeded my expectations. Kevin was easy to get in contact with and answered all of my questions. They got to our house about 15 minutes early so they could look at everything and worked hard to get everything they could loaded in our 2 PODS. They were careful with our belongings and had a smile on their face the entire time even thought they were loading on a cold rainy day. It was a pleasure working with them and I would definitely use them again.

I was extremely pleased with Carter Moving and Home Improvement and would definitely hire them again. Kevin, the owner, called me the day before the move to see if I had questions. He said there would be 3 men, not 2 and that he had moving equipment that I did not need to provide.. The morning of the move, he called again to just touch base. The 3 men arrived early on the moving day. They wore masks, listened carefully, followed instructions, and they were very careful with items.
They moved my mother from her home to a retirement home. They made it easy and pleasant. Thank you, Kevin, for a job well done!
