I had a great experience with Carter Moving - again - it's the second time I booked them. As before, they were on time and worked hard (it was a hot day, too). They did an amazing job filling the moving container. They were very careful and thoughtful about how to secure everything in the container in the best possible way! I would definitely hire them again. Highly recommended!

These guys were amazing! Not only did they do an awesome job but they were so much fun to be around. Our move was physically and emotionally draining for me and when they came to unload the truck they were just the crew that I needed to get me through the move. I cannot say enough about them. I will be using them any time that we need something moved in the future. 5 stars ??????????

They were early to unload the truck. They sent four people instead of the two that we paid for so they were done quickly. We would hire them again.

Kevin and his workers were tremendous! On a hot August day, Kevin and his crew worked diligently in the heat, with an uphill slope on the driveway to get the job done in a timely manner. Not only did they deal with the uphill battle, a majority of the items we had in the container needed to go on the 2nd level in a storage room. Not once did they complain. They are friendly and considerate and worthy of the praise the garner online. If I could give more than five stars, I would certainly give them more.

Kevin and crew were the first to respond to my request and very polite. Apartment wouldn’t let us in early but then they changed to earlier. I called Kevin to see if he could move our time earlier and could accommodate us. They moved all of our heavy items up 3 flights of stairs like the pros that we expected. They moved a few pieces around as we couldn’t make up our minds where things would fit. All that in record time and no scratches to be found. Will request them again if our son finds a new apartment next year

My apartments were being very difficult and required me to have my Pod very far from my apartment, and Carter Moving and Home Improvement were very understanding and helpful as I am disabled. How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Don’t stress and get as much done early as possible. Try to put boxes to the side so we have room to walk . We also are insured .

Local, long distance, office and anything that needs to move .

Being able to take some stress off the customer,especially physical .

Same Day Moves
We charge an extra 15% for same day requests.
Next Day Moves
We accept next day requests at our normal rates.
Refunding Unused Time
We do not refund for any unused time.
Extra Hours
We can always stay at least 1 hour over the prebooked time.
