After booking with us, customers can expect prompt communication through email and, when needed, by phone as well. We stay in contact throughout the entire moving process to ensure everything goes smoothly. We also understand that moving plans can change, so we remain flexible and work with our customers to accommodate adjustments whenever possible.

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?

We contact customers approximately 30 minutes prior to arrival and come prepared with various types of dollies, tools, and equipment needed to complete the job safely and efficiently.

How should a customer prepare for moving day?

Customers can prepare for moving day by having the truck reserved and ready to go, ensuring all items are packed and ready for loading, and laying down plastic or paper to help protect carpets and flooring. If any issues arise, communication is key—just give us a call. Most importantly, take a deep breath and relax. We are here to help make the process as smooth and stress-free as possible.

What types of moves have you handled?

We have successfully handled over 10,000 moves of all varieties throughout our years of service, including local, long-distance, corporate, pack-outs, pack-backs, and many other types of moves.

What's your favorite part about being a mover?

It is very rewarding to know we have helped someone while also reducing the worry and stress that often comes with the moving process.

What training do you provide your crew members?

The best training comes from hands-on experience. New team members watch training videos in advance and work alongside a tenured crew member for at least 90 days before operating independently.
