They sent two people with no equipment except slings to unload a 20 ft trailer.After my complaining they finally sent two more men but still with only one dolly.They said the others were tied up on other jobs. I contract ed with them about a month ahead of the schedule move. The job took longer than scheduled and they wanted me to pay for thr extra time, witch I declined as I felt the job would have completed on time if they had sent equipment with the first. People.
To there credit they did move the job up one day on short notice. When we ask for the change, we said only if it could meet there schedule.
Apparently they wanted to please us, but it did not meet there schedule.
All the workers were very good and hard workers, but they struggled without equipment.
