We had them help us unload our 26' moving truck. They arrived on time, were curteous, hard workers, and had a good attitude despite our very steep driveway and the unusually warm weather. They put things where we wanted them and only took a couple of quick water breaks (which they asked about first, and we were glad to provide them given the heat).
Our crew enjoyed working with you. Thank you for your comments. The move went smooth even though the trailer was a bit of a walk, your business is much appreciated. TY !!

They packed my truck perfectly. Nothing was broken or damaged once I got to my location (half way across the country)! They also moved very quickly and all I had to do was sit in my sun-room reading a magazine as they went about their business. The one downside is that they come off a bit unprofessional because they do not look uniform and smell a bit like smoke when they first arrive, but once I got over my feelings on that everything was fine and they are clearly very well trained and have experience moving and packing up trucks. They brought wrap for anything that they were moving that had doors so they wouldn't fly open and that was SO useful. I even had a table that I couldn't get the bolts out of and one of the guys went to his car and get a wrench and took it apart for me. Very nice guys!

These guys did a GREAT job!! They hustled and got my truck loaded like a freaking Tetris game, even though the Wisconsin permafrost made for a mucky mess and they had to take the long way for some stuff. Would definitely recommend them!

They were on time, ready to start, listened where I wanted things, were VERY quick AND careful. One even put down some of the furniture pads on the entry way floor so they wouldn't track mud into my new place, VERY much appreciated!
Weill within the time allotted they were done, asked if everything was where I wanted it, cleaned up the back of the rental truck, folded all the furniture pads and were ready to leave.
WIthout any hesitation I would recomment them to ANYONE moving, packing or unpacking! You won't go wrong employing Freight Angels!

I have moved many times and lived in seven different states. I got three guys from the Hire a Helper from a company called Freight Angels out of Madison WI. The job was 7 hours loading a 25 ft ABF trailer. They did not pack the trailer tight. They only used one tie and that was in the end when I asked them why they were not using the rope and tie downs I have provided for them. They broke one of my bookcases and actually kicked the shelf after it broke. They yelled and argued. When I insisted that they not pack heavy tubs on top of my $1200 buffet - they said they were the loaders and would load as they pleased and if I were not going to allow them to stack the heavy items on the buffet table then I would have to sign a waiver for all the damage that I was going to have. I told them that I was the customer and that I expected them to pack it correctly and they argued and yelled at me. They were three brothers - two of them taking over their fathers company. They smoked when they took breaks and I am a non smoker and did not like the smell of smoke that they brought in my house. They also had said that they would provide covers/pads for the floor as they moved. When they got here - they had one- an old quilted furniture pad that looked like it needed washing. Needless to say I am extremely disappointed with Freight Angles and do not recommend them and will never use them again. My furniture in now on a trailer to be moved almost a thousand miles away and I am very worried about the condition that it will arrive in. They said they would get here about 10 am and got here at 10:30 because their GPS was not working. I did not feel they were prepared. They were very disrespectful of my property and of me. No, I would never use them again and would not recommend that anyone use them.

I rarely write reviews, only in exceptional cases. I was skeptical using a service I knew nothing about. I must admit, I will never put friends, family, nor myself through the trials of moving again-its not worth it! I would recommend using Freight Angels for their skills, knowledge and customer service. The trials of moving accross the country on very short notice was an arduous task and the best decision I made was to hire Freight Angels!
