Hi, I hired Beast Movers directly w/Brandon. He confirmed his availability to move my 4 bedroom condo on Sat, Oct 21st. He and I reconfirmed the move on Friday the 20th; they would arrive between 9:00 and 10:00AM. No one arrived; when I checked in with Brandon, he said he had difficulty reaching the movers and they weren't answering their phone. He then sent me a text "don't think they're coming - sorry for the inconvenience". Are kidding me? They left me high and dry - pulled a no show. Never in my life would I have expected a moving company to do that to a customer. LET THE BUYER BEWARE...if you don't want to be dumped and left without a mover, don't hire Beast Movers. They are not dependable and not men of their word. (please note, I did not hire Beast Movers thru Hire a Helper for Sat, Oct 21st...this is not Hire a Helper's fault.) It's Beast Movers bad business.

I was so impressed with Beast Movers and Hireahelper.com. I had to change my date of service a few times – the military is always unpredictable, but they were so nice and accommodating! Beast Movers were not only on time, but they even texted me offering to stop by earlier! Both of the men were very professional, courteous with my belongings, and efficient. I could tell they knew what they were doing. I just received my belongings at my new house and was so pleased to find that I did not have single item broken! Thank you so much to Beast Movers for providing excellent services to me and my family!

Really great guys. Worked around my dogs and all the other chaos going on at my home. This move was just some of the stuff going out into the pod. I will definitely call them when I'm ready to finish my move

These two young men were pleasant, professional, and helpful. Overall, the packing of our POD went well. There were two boxes left sitting on other boxes untied or protected I had to move. Also, there were several heavy items, mostly garden implements and clay pots left at the edge of the packed boxes that I had to box, pack, and tie down before the POD was retrieved. Other than this, the job was fast and easy. They arrived within the projected window of time, they were prepared, respectful, and asked us to take pix of their packing as they did the job.

The two movers, Sean and Brandon, arrived an hour late. They were to arrive 10-11 AM, but got caught up in traffic and only arrived at 11:55 AM. However they did text me to say that they would be late. They did work hard and treated my furniture and boxes respectfully. Perhaps I misunderstood, but I thought they provided plastic wrap and rope, neither of which they had, which I was to pay them for. I made a quick run to Home Depot. Also, when I tried to confirm the appt, I was unable to talk with Brandon (lead) or have a response to my email. I later learned that both men are hearing impaired, so my phone call wouldn't have been acknowledged. I would use them again, but have learned that I need to be better prepared with the packing supplies.
