Andre and helper were great. They accommodated me and exceeded my expectations.

The movers were late; they were supposed to show up between 8-9am and did not show up until about 10:30am. Worse even is that I finally received a call at 9:02am saying their 3rd worker was having car problems and that was the reason for their tardiness. That issue was probably known prior to already being past their show-up time. We hired movers so we wouldn't have to be a part of the moving process but ended up moving our stuff for the first 2.5 hours until they arrived. Once there, they got to work and loaded the Uhaul, however broke one piece of a desk that was laying on top of another piece that they did not remove when setting down the bottom piece, as well as broke another large piece of the same desk when unloading due to not holding it properly. At this point, the large executive desk is completely unusable and we have to buy a new one. I did tip the workers because they did help with everything else, but they wanted me to complete the payment which was for 3 movers and 4 hours, which I totally was not going to let happen. I called Hire-A-Helper and made them confirm with Lewis Moving Co that they were only there for 2 hours after being late and settled the payment for the two hours.

This co was not to take my baby grand piano. I live out of state and had Louis Moving through Hire Helper move me pack my pod . They packed the piano bench and legs but left the top . How do you not know what piano legs are.
