What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Our admin office will contact you within 24 hours of booking to go over the details of your move and to get you set up with an exact time.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
We always arrive a little earlier than the scheduled time, and we haven't missed or cancelled a job in over 7 years!
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Open your moving truck so that the box part of the truck can air out. Make sure that any animals are put up and out of the way. Don't worry or stress yourself, you hired a professional moving company, and we deal with all sorts of situations daily and will definitely make your move go easier and smoother than you expected. Leave the worry to us!
What types of moves have you handled?
We moved an entire office building a couple weeks ago. It totalled 20 offices and alot of desks and file cabinets. We have also done numerous full service moves where we packed everything one day, then loaded two 26ft trucks and a 12 ft trailer the next day(locked them up with our locks), and then drove them to the unload 2hrs away the 3rd day and unloaded them the 3rd day as well

What training do you provide your crew members?
We train put crew first and foremost on personal hygiene and conduct. We make sure that our workers all wear gloves, use sanitizer, and wear masks when asked. 75% of our crew is vaccinated as well. We also train on lifting heavy items, carrying pieces of furniture together, maneuvering items through hallways and stairwells, packing boxes, as well as loading a truck and packing the truck. Using straps and rope as well as using dollies, and how to cover and use mov pads and shrink wrap
