My first comment is regarding the fact that somehow they were double booked on the day that I scheduled with them. They were accommodating to come the next day and luckily, I had a buffer day for my pod pick up so I did not have to change that.
They came from a long distance, so maybe that was part of the problem.
Instead of three men, they only showed up with four and I did not get a cost adjustment for that.
They came with absolutely no tools and my order specifically called out too heavy items. Luckily, I had a heavy enough to wheel cart that we were able to move my heavy items.
The guys were friendly. They were courteous, and we got everything done.

Worst service I ever had with the helpers
Even tho they were friendly but not professional at all…. No tools to disassembly, no good care of packing and loading, wrong arrangement into the container…

Johnny and his crew were wonderful. They showed up on-time and work extremely hard during some extreme heat that Alabama was having. Not all our items fit into our POD and his staff were able to come back a different day once our second POD arrived. We would highly recommend them to help with your coming move.

JC and Sons loaded our Pods in Tuscaloosa back in June and unloaded them this week in hoover-- Same crew; they knew our stuff and worked tirelessly to get everything where it needed to be. Great people and very friendly and courteous!

They were short notice because previous hired help was quarantined that morning. They showed up on time if not a little early and gave a 110% until the truck was unloaded. I needed them due to family being elderly or disabled. They did great. Thank you sooooo much. Will call on you again if needed.
