They were late, but they comped me by giving me some extra time without payment. It was a tough job with multiple flights of steps, but they did not complain and were overall were courteous and professional. They worked almost non-stop for 4 hours.

The two gentlemen from Capsel's Pro Moving showed up on time and ready to move everything and anything we asked. They were extremely polite and efficient with their time. They helped to unload a FULLY-packed 26' U-Haul; truck into our 3,400 sq. ft. home in under three hours. We had some very awkward loads of lumber and shop equipment too. We will be asking them back again for any moving needs we may have in the future!
