The truck was too small. Their packing skills were terrible. They literally just put things on the truck in no kind of order. They were not able to move all my things and I had to rent a van, drive back a hour to my old place and get the things they left. They did not reassemble my bed THEY ALSO LOST OR MISS PLACED MY CORD AND SCREWS for my adjustable bed. And they broke items. The worse service EVER and a waste of $1000 bucks!!

The team that came were right on time and did a wonderful job. They finished in three hours and told me to call the company for a one hour refund. I did that and was told there are no refunds. That was very disappointing. They didn’t tell me that when I hired them

If try to move house without having to hire anyone but after 3 days, I was so sore. Keep It Up was great! It’s a small house and I’d moved the furniture. They took care of all the boxes & binds. Everything was done in less than 2 hours. I was very happy and fully plan to use them again!
