What can a customer expect after booking with you?
They can expect to be called a few days before the move to check to make sure everything is still good to go. They will get an email to confirm the move and will be notified when moves are on the way to the site! The Customer will not need to worry, and we will make sure that the whole moving day is planned and ready to be taken care of.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
The Customer can expect to receive an email when the movers are headed to the job site. When the movers arrive, they will have paper work to go over and fill out with the customer. Movers then begin working, taking a lunch break if needed, and finish working until all of the customer's needs are taken care of. At the end of the job, the hourly price will be calculated using our software to collect payment, and the customer will need to sign off on paperwork. (Movers' lunch hours not included in bill)
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Have all items / belongings packed neatly and safely (if we are not packing for you). Have all personal items (Money/Jewelry) taken out of furniture. And then sit back and relax while America's Best makes moving easy!
What types of moves have you handled?
America's Best Moving System has been in business for 25 years. We have moved just about everything you can think of. We have held a contract with Clemson University for 20 years, along with other colleges, assisted living homes & public schools. We have moved thousands of homes & apartments, whether out of state or local!
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Our favorite part of being a mover is making our customers feel relaxed & carefree on their day of moving. We love to be able to exceed expectation to ensure a joyful move experience!
What training do you provide your crew members?
Our crew members receive textbook & hands on experience from moving residential & commercial moves. Each crew member is trained and overlooked by our experienced management staff to ensure that they know how to move each piece of furniture safely & responsibly, along with being able to ensure safety of their coworkers. They also receive feedback on how to improve their work weekly.

We accept next day requests at our normal rates.

We refund up to one unused hour over our min..

We can always stay at least 1 hour over the prebooked time.
