They did a good job loading my 2 storages and unloading to my house. However, I feel a little slighted as I paid for 3 movers and only 2 showed up to complete the job. I believe I should have been refunded as the job was based off 3 movers for 7 hours. The two that showed up did a wonderful job. They communicated and were professional.

The whole process I give it 2 stars. It was easy to sign up. The movers were great. However, they were several hours late. I had trouble getting an exact time of when they were supposed to show up. The manager didn't have an answer and kept saying the movers were another job site. I kept getting the answer of each move has a 2 hour time window; but can go over. Which made it difficult because if it needs to be more than 2 hours, don't offer the time window for scheduling purposes. It was a headache.
