They might have moved too fast, a number of items were not moved.
I hired them for 3 hours, they completed most of the work in 2 (leaving me to the remaining items) and they do not offer a refund.
I would hire them again, but error on the side of less time. And be sure to check that nothing is left.

Tyrone and Jamal were on time and did a great job! We wanted to moved all our things from our apartment to our garage at our new condo. We needed them to move it from our garage up to the second floor and just put it in the correct rooms. The stairway was narrow. They got it done in 47 minutes, no wall dings, no breakage, no drops, no spills no damage! We give them a great big A++!

Tyrone and his partner were excellent. They were early, efficient and handled all my items with care. They also helped dismantle some of the larger items which was a big help to load our pod. I highly recommend them, and would use them again if I were in the Chicago area.

Tyrone and the other gentleman was very professional. They came in and got straight to work. I had a lot of stairs and a few narrow curves. They moved my furniture in a timely fashion, didn’t break anything, & worked without complaining while going over and beyond. They were phenomenal!
