Brian called several days prior to the day we needed him to check in with us, then again the day before. He and his partner showed up on time, eager and ready to go to work. They were well prepared and eager to do whatever was needed. They were very respectful of our property, AND US! Would we use them again? YOU BET!! Thanks.

We requested two movers to help us load our pods. They showed up early! They were super fast! They packed those things so tight that there wasn't one empty inch of space left! And they were nice and funny! Great job guys! Thanks!!

DON'T DO IT! DON'T DO IT!! DON'T DO IT!!! First, you have to get your own truck (didn't know that until after i paid my money). I also had to get blankets, supplies and tools. It took the movers 8 1/2 hours to do what other movers have done in 3 hours (on 3 different occasions using all different movers). They were unprofessional & I started wrapping my own furniture just to speed up the process. My furniture was so scratched up and improperly wrapped that the movers who took it out of storage laughed at the job that was done. They actually tol dme to take pictures and sue them. The icing on the cake... I was charged over $600!!! I spent a total of $800 by the time I rented a van to move my other items (I finally told them to stop packing and move the items they had because of time) and paid the fee for being in my apartment an extra day. I never ever write reviews, but I had to warn everyone about this company. In addition, when I called the owner out to look at the storage and how it was packed; he accepted responsibility, but still asked me to pay $30 an hour for the move from my storage to my new home "as a courtesy." NEVER EVER AGAIN!!! They suck and I will see them in court!

They got the job done, in the rain, within the 2 hours I paid for, hauling all of my stuff to the third floor using a horrible appliance dolly because that's all I had. Thanks guys!

The men did not want to be there.. Were scared they weren't going to get paid because I needed them longer than reserved for. They did work around my schedule and were able to reschedule last minute

I have to say, I was VERY skeptical about using this service, let a lone using Busy Bee Movers. I am VERY glad to say that I took a chance. The owner was VERY professional on the phone. I had hired 3 movers for 5 hrs moving from a large 2 bedroom apt on the 3rd floor. - and I was "hoping" that I would at least get everything out, and perhaps a little unloaded in my new house. The 3 workers that showed up were FANTASTIC. They moved objects I thought were VERY heavy (like my 500lb credenza) with ease. They moved all the items RIDICULOUSLY fast. They arrived on time, and took 5-10 minutes to assess the items, and formulate a plan. From there - they moved everything out of the 3rd floor apt with out a single break - and at a pace that I am pretty sure would have killed me 20 mins into it.. Not only did they get everything loaded into the uhaul- they got everything unloaded into the new place with PLENTY of time to spare. I will absolutely be using them again for my next move!!!

We could not have been more pleased! Derek and Mario did a wonderful job moving our things. My husband and I needed help this move due to our 2nd floor apartment. They were positive and courteous even with our more than difficult and heavy TV up the steep staircase. They were both very efficient and mindful of our belongings, asking where each box needed to be placed in the apartment. This was their last move of the evening and they seemed tired but happy to help. I would recommend this service and these two guys anytime!

Busy Bee was absolutely fantastic! I had a conflict arise due to my own lack of planning, and Brian was incredibly flexible in accommodating my schedule. He was in constant contact as we rescheduled the job on the fly. He was very professional and courteous. Once the job was underway he and his crew worked quickly to load an entire house of furniture and boxes into the truck in about two hours. I would definitely use Busy Bee again.
