The two gentlemen that unloaded our truck did a fantastic job. They had to deal with our three little kids getting in their way and they were really friendly with all of them. They were efficient and careful with our stuff and had a 26’ truck unloaded in right about 3 hours. Easily the best part of our move to Memphis.

Showed up 2.5hrs late, complained everything was heavy, didn’t take care of the handmade furniture I personally built after I specifically asked them to. I have countless scratches and dents on items I personally wrapped with blankets and stretch wrap. Packing skills in the truck -5 out of 5. Items were broken and scattered throughout the Uhaul. They were almost 2x the cost of my other movers, but I had no other option.

They can expect bus to arrive 15-30 minutes early. They can expect a walk thru observation and a professional setup they can expect quality work.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
It’s best to have only the household goods that are to be packed and loads to be out and valuables and things that are going with them to be set aside to designated area.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have handled long distance moves, we have handled short distance moves, we have done pack jobs, office moves pretty much every type of move.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
I love the interaction with meeting new people and doing a great job and I get a amazing feeling knowing I caused them happiness in choosing us.
What training do you provide your crew members?
I’ve been a professional moves since 2007, I trained them and I’ve had them Watch professional tapes and go threw training test such as loading and packing to assure their doing it correctly.

We charge an extra 20% for same day requests.
Next Day Moves
We accept next day requests at our normal rates.
Refunding Unused Time
We do not refund for any unused time.
Extra Hours
We can always stay at least 2 hours over the prebooked time.
