Workers were courteous and pleasant to work with. However, they were not very thorough and missed packing three drawers and two cupboards in my small-sized kitchen, something I didn't discover until the next day. I ended up having to pack five boxes. I will not know how well they actually packed my things, until I unload the storage POD. I hope things will be ok.
In addition, they left a tube extension for my leaf blower and a circular drill bit on the workbench in the garage. Both were in plain site.
The packers were only packing my kitchen, several file boxes and the workbench area of my garage, so there was plenty of time for them to complete the entire job.
I called the company the day I discovered the unpacked items. The person answering the phone said they were only the dispatcher and that she would have the manager call me. Five days later, I'm still waiting for that call.

I actually was worried that I booked them last minute, but they came through wonderfully. Movers were fantastic and did a great job. Communication from start to finish was really good and I felt very comfortable with the entire process. Will definitely keep them in mind next time we have a move.
