The guys were on time and ready to work. They moved quickly and did not take breaks. I really only needed help with my heavy furniture, but they started loading my boxes without being asked. I thought about stopping them, but decided I'd rather just let them do it and save myself some time. It took an extra hour on the clock , which was not really an issue, except that I ended up rearranging a lot of stuff in the storage container after they had gone. That is most likely my fault, since I made the mistake of just giving general instructions, then going back to wrapping and packing boxes while they loaded my stuff. So, if I'd paid closer attention I probably could have avoided the hours of rearranging. It was a bit disappointing that they didn't seem to read the boxes that were clearly labeled "Fragile/nothing on top", and I had to free some of those from underneath much heavier boxes... Overall, they did get my heavy stuff loaded efficiently and I'd recommend this company, but would add that a little extra supervision might be in order to be 100% sure your stuff is packed and loaded the way you want it.

Jamal and Kewon were great! (I apologize if I've misspelled either.) My in-laws went from doubting my judgement of container capacity to impressed with how neatly all their stuff fit. I learned a couple great packing tricks, too. The service was swift, courteous, and efficient. It's too bad I moved out of their service area, or I'd definitely be a repeat customer.

Jamal and crew were amazing! They unloaded our 16-foot Penske truck and carried everything up narrow outside stairs in 102-degree heat, all in record time while still being very cautious. We could tell they were hot but they never complained once, and were highly professional. They even came earlier than I'd planned when I called and said we got to town earlier than expected. They were worth every penny of the fee to avoid our own heat stroke, back injuries, and whatever else you face when hauling things up yourself.

Perfect movers. Arrived on time. Worked hard and quickly. Very efficient. Careful with fragile items and will let you know immediately about foreseeing any problem. Will choose again and highly recommend to anyone!

The Movers Alton and Frank did an outstanding job. From the moment they arrived till we finished they were constantly on the move. I had some very heavy items up 1 flight of stairs and the guys handled it very well. I would recommend them to anyone. Only compliant was the pre-move communication was not good but this was not a reflection on Alton and Frank as they are not the responsible party for this.
