Jorge and Erick were fantastic!! They helped me empty my POD storage unit and put up with all my need for specific placements of the items. They were on time, nice, patient, careful with my belongings, and hardworking. As a single female, I also felt very safe with them in my home. Would use again and recommend 100%!!

They were early and finished quickly. Polite, careful with the items and the cat! They even assembled the bed.

They did a decent job, but there were several serious gaps, and they left the house damaged, the truck messy, garbage in our driveway, and one very heavy piece of furniture in an outside porch rather than in a more appropriate location.
They were very resistant to our needs when we communicated them. I had to repeatedly instruct them as to what we needed, and to correct what seemed like deliberate disregard. They seemed to be resentful of the job and of us.
I am giving them three stars because they did in fact finish the job except for the piece of furniture that was left in the wrong place. But they need significant retraining in basic customer service and communication.

I highly recommend this moving company! They did an outstanding job unloading our very full ABF trailer into our house and garage. The team was careful, efficient, and professional, turning what could have been a stressful experience into something calm and easy. They took great care with all of our belongings. I’m very grateful for their hard work and would definitely use them again!

Ivan, Jorge and Elvis were the team that handle our loading of the pod. This 3 individual’s were extremely professional and it was a pleasure to have them handling our move. If possible I will love to have them come to Venice, at the time of our in-loading sometime in late May to early June to do our un-loading.
