The items were not packed securely. I drove a few miles and shelving, bar stools and bicycle all crashed into each other. I offered stretch wrap to secure blankets to items I wanted protected. They declined, saying it wasn't necessary. All the blankets fell off when everything tipped over. This is not the way things should be packed when moving a long distance.

They were on time and prepared to work. The furniture was pretty heavy, but they managed the move well. The workers were very respectful and I would definitely use them again.

The movers from MBK seemed very inexperienced and made basic mistakes. I don't know how they got so many positive reviews on this site given the service I received. I wouldn't trust them with loading a moving truck without supervision. They did not use the furniture pads that were provided so 3 pieces of wood furniture were damaged during the move. They packed my bicycle directly on top of the mattress without a furniture pad in between so bike grease got all over the mattress. They didn't properly secure the television in the truck and fell over and damaged the most expensive item in the truck. They also worked pretty slowly and it took them 3 hours for a job that should have taken 2 hours.
